May 25, 2022: Not much to say

Hello all! Good morning from Conceição de Macabu! Hope you all are thriving wherever you're at right now! This week was really good, but also pretty Basic! We really hit a rhythm this week, just finding, teaching, helping, and doing the whole thing!!

I don't even have any ideas for topic headings cause nothing too crazy happened this week, so I'm just gonna do the lightning round haha

We got to do some work with members this week, hitting the streets and doing some contacting and good stuff like that! It was way fun. We also had one youth who is preparing to serve teach some lessons with us so it was pretty epic

Were continuing to teach Vanessa and her family, we marked the baptism of her 2 kids that are old enough! Keep praying for Vanessa, Matheus, and Lucas!

Recently we've found a ton of people in one neighborhood of the city, which is great, but the neighborhood is the furthest one that there is so it means we're walking quite a bit haha

This week there was a change in the presidency of the relief society in the branch, and the new president is one of the most missionary-minded people in the world sooo its going to make things accelerate here, and I'm so excited!

Really there's a ton of work to do here and I'm soooo excited to be able to do it here!! These next few weeks we have some really high goals, so everyone pray for us that we can succeed and that our shoes won't give out haha!

Anyways my spiritual thought this week comes from the Book, our search for happiness, by president Ballard. I loved one part that I was reading when he talked about miracles. "Is the age of miracles over? Not by a long shot. God continues to do miraculous things among his children though the gifts of the spirit."
It is very reassuring and important for me to know that this age of miracles is still on the earth today. We can do anything with the lords help and if we have faith. If we really try hard to develop these gifts of the spirit, we will see the miracles in our lives!

Anyways love you all!

I'll try to take more pictures haha
