Oct 2, 2021: 2500 miles (but if you think that's far...)

(...It's going to get a lot farther soon) Ola everyone!!! It has been an absolutely amazing last week at the at-home-CTM, and the countdown is down to 3 full days left at home! It is absolutely crazy how fast these last 6 weeks have passed. I am sad to leave my district, teachers, home, and family, but I am excited to head out to New England and start to serve the people there. I am also so excited to (hopefully soon) head to Brazil and begin to teach the people in Rio. And on that note..

Visa Updates!
Weirdly enough, I have nothing new about my visa. BUUUT... some people in my district who submitted their papers at the same time as I did have started to get their visas approved and mailed back!! The process is speeding up and I am soooo excited!! I am beyond excited to head to New Hampshire and begin to teach the gospel surrounded by English (and I feel that it is a huge blessing that I get to do so), and I am also so excited to head to Rio! I am not sure what will happen in the next few weeks, but I know whatever it is will be what God wants for me!!

Other Updates!
I am leaving at 6:00 AM on Wednesday, so it's going to be fun getting up at 2:30 in the morning. πŸ˜‚
Also if you haven't followed me on Facebook yet, my account is Kye Bradshaw and if you guys want to see uplifting messages from me, feel free to follow! Also if you have friends who are in need of a little uplifting, feel free to point them my way. :)
General Conference is this weekend!! I hope you guys will all take the time to watch it, because it is so worth it. I know if you take a question to General Conference, it will be answered, either by a talk or the spirit, but I know it will come.

MTC Updates!
Man it's been crazy to think that this was my last week of the MTC!! I have learned so much, and yet I know I have a lot I still need to learn. Thankfully, I know I will learn so much more through my mission experience. I am so grateful for my experience with the online MTC. I know that I was with the exact people I needed to be with, had the exact teachers I needed to have, learned the things I needed to learn, and was in the place I needed to be in. I am beyond grateful for the things that I learned and the preparation that I've had. I want each of you to know that I am so grateful for you. You have all been an influence in my life. My family, my district, my friends, I am so thankful to each of you. Keep going and keep pushing on. I think of you guys and pray for you each day!

Spiritual Updates!
This week I want to take some time to share some of the things I learned in MTC. First, I learned that the atonement of Jesus Christ is for each of us. No matter where you are, no matter your situation, the atonement is for you. Second, the atonement is INFINITE. When we sin, we become infinitely far away from returning to God, HOWEVER, because the atonement is infinite, we can repent and return, as many times as we need to. It doesn't matter how far we feel we are. Christ fills the difference. Third, faith in Christ is everything. If you have faith it makes it so much easier to follow through. It makes it easier to accept the will of God. It makes us more diligent and worthy missionaries and ministers. Fourth, faith is a choice. Sometimes we worry that we do not have faith. We can all have faith if we choose to have faith, and that faith will be enough to accomplish what the Lord needs us to accomplish. Fifth, live the Doctrine of Christ! The doctrine of Christ is exactly what we need to do to return to live with God again. Have faith, repent, be baptized and participate in other ordinances and covenants, and the Holy Ghost will manifest the truth of all things unto you. I know that if you follow this cycle, and endure to the end doing so, you will be blessed. Sixth. I KNOW CHRIST LIVES AGAIN! The battle is won, and we must preach the message to all. We can all be resurrected and live with God again!!! I know he lives and loves us! I have come to know him and love him better through my experience at MTC. I am thankful for him and I am excited to share my knowledge of him with others.

Well I love you guys, and I am thankful for your prayers and love!!

Updates Update!
So I don't have a ton of info about this yet, but it turns out my little brother has COVID... So I'm not quite sure what the next week will bring, seeing as I'm supposed to leave Wednesday... but if I'm not travelling, I'll have lots of time to let you guys know what is happening! I'll keep you guys updated!
